Description

This 1,815 sq ft measured flat comprising four main rooms has a direct access via an armoured landing door reinforced by means of six locking points.
The entrance hall with its diagonal parquet flooring was designed as a common area providing access to the two main sections of the flat. A toilet with wash-hand basin is closed by a door on the right. At the end, part of the old through corridor has been converted into a cloakroom.
The kitchen, to the right on entering, is equipped with all modern comforts and a large window overlooks the Trocadéro belvedere.

A corridor between the lounge and the guest bedroom leads to a small storage room and bathroom. A bedroom with parquet flooring and two double windows overlooking the outside adjoins said corridor.
The dining room, separated from the entrance by means of double glazed doors, connects directly with the main bedroom. This room with its marble fireplace has a view over the Seine.
A door separates this night section from a bathroom and a corridor, part of which has been converted into a dressing room. Said bathroom with its marble floor has a double wash-hand basin, a shower and a bath (both of which are fitted with a balneotherapy system). There is a separate toilet at the end.
The dining room, between the bedroom and the entrance, has diagonal parquet flooring, a pink marble fireplace and two picture windows looking out at the Seine and the Eiffel Tower.

Our opinion

A contemporary and well constructed building with full security systems. Each branch of this Y-shaped flat has been converted into separate areas; the trunk section contains the entrance and kitchen.
The views of the belvedere and the Seine, extending from Montmarte to Beaugrenelle and including the Eiffel Tower, give the most spectacular of panoramas, especially at night.
