Our opinion

A commercial property with two means of bringing in revenue:
1) through functions: function rooms and kitchen for outside caterers.
2) through Champagne cellar rental (already existing and bringing in €1,000 per month).
Obviously, to this can be added the unquestionable architectural and aesthetic character of the building which features all the assets of a beautiful, large family home. The separate accesses for the cellars and the function rooms make it possible to keep both activities independent from one another.
