Our opinion
An estate which has not lost its outbuildings.
Some of which could earn revenue by being rented on a monthly or weekly basis, made perfectly feasible by the geographic situation.
The manor house currently divided into 2 quite separate houses could easily be returned to its original layout.
39.5 acres in the Fontainebleau forest out of a total of 10,121.5 demands an appreciation of Mother Nature.
