Location
In the medieval city of Provins (UNESCO classification). 90 minutes from the French capital; hourly trains to Paris, taking 90 minutes and arriving at the Gare de l’Est.
In the upper part of the town, in the vestiges of St Thibault’s chapel, redesigned as a medieval house.
Description
In a romantic walled garden of approx. 600 m² (6,458 sq ft), planted with sweet-smelling roses.
A dwelling with approx. 250 m² of living space, redesigned as of the pediment of the former church and spanning three stories above the cellar.
It has two entrances: one door opening on to a large square and entrance gates opening on to a narrow street that is wide enough for a car. A third entrance which was not used has been condemned.

A rare property, not only because of its historic and religious heritage but also because of its superb site in a village with UNESCO classification and what’s more in the French department of Ile de France.
