Location
In a commune of 1,000 inhabitants in North Finistere. 15 km (9.4 miles) from the sea, approx. 500 km (313 miles from Paris), and 4 hours by TGV train.
Description
The property is set in approx. 3 hectares (7.41 acres) of woods and grasslands at the end of a no-through road. It comprises several buildings laid out around a courtyard. The plain buildings reflect the local peasant architecture: local stone walls with slate gable roofs.
The main dwelling and its annex have dressed stone toothed quoins with identical frames around the openings. It spans almost 250 m² (2,691 sq ft) of living space over three stories. Under the rafters, there is an additional bedroom and an attic.

Our opinion
A group of buildings which could be used for a multitude of purposes. The peaceful, isolated setting would equally suit lovers of peace and quiet as horse enthusiasts. A haven of peace just 30 minutes from the sea.
