Location
At the northernmost tip of the Lot department, classified as “Art and History country”. At the tourist crossroads of the Quercy, Périgord and Limousin regions. An area renowned for its fish-filled rivers, its lavender, its walnuts, its duck-liver pâté, its symbolic truffles and its gastronomic delights both traditional and homemade. An ideal position from which to visit a territory full of “wonders”: the medieval villages of Martel, Turenne, Collonges and Rocamadour, caves, sinkholes and countless castles.

Beautiful regional decorative features give this massive construction an elegance that means it is often likened to a small castle whilst its origins were more to do with farming. Its current name most probably dates from that time. This property with 3,875 sq ft of living space is topped with what is known as a “Mansard” slate roof.

As a private home, this character dwelling in a calm, wooded setting is predisposed to real peace and quiet. However, there is the opportunity to takeover an expanding “ready made” business in a location that guarantees the clientele will grow in number every year; a business with quality services and a potential which will allow any number of developments.
