Extremely well situated on the tourist route along the loops of the Seine which it dominates for as far as the eye can see. 75 miles from Paris, just over 6 miles from the A13 and 50 miles from Deauville. The castle is near to all pleasure activities: rock climbing, water sports centre, golf, horse riding, and hiking trails.
Description
Former 12th century priory, redesigned in the 17th century, this impressive, hillside castle is set in just under 10 acres of parklands. A floor surface area (excluding the attic and cellar) of more than 10,763 sq ft. Twenty eight bedrooms, most of which have en suite bath or shower rooms, are on the ground, first and second floors which are accessed via a lift.
Outbuildings as well as an 8,180 sq ft extension containing 15 bedrooms and a large conference room complete the property.
Please note that part of the surface area of the land could be converted into a car park.

A large building for which it is easy to imagine the setting up of a professional activity; hotel & catering, company head office, etc.
The castle is in need of some works.
The outbuildings were recently converted, making use of the large function rooms possible.
