No more than sixty or so km (38 miles) separate the property from the capital. La Ferté-sous-Jouarre is only 5 km (3 miles) and Meaux approx. 25 km (16 miles) away.
The residence is in a small picturesque village, with no visual or noise nuisances worthy of note.
Description

Our opinion
This superbly equipped estate has many assets at a well-negotiated price. Ideal as a main residence or a holiday home, or both at different times of a lifetime. It is worthy of note that La Ferté-sous-Jouarre is the only town in France where the real estate market has not been influenced by the fluctuations of an unstable economic situation. Is this due to the romantic charm and more specifically the banks of the Marne? Or the eclecticism of a local population that happily cohabits with Parisian artists and horse enthusiasts, drawn by the proximity of all that their dreams are made of: pastoral nature charged with inspiration and shady forests in which to gallop?
