Approx. 330 km (206 miles) from Paris (of which 300 / 188 are on motorway), 10 km (6 miles) from Saumur. 30 minutes from Angers (French TGV train station, 90 minutes to Paris).

Description
In a 17 ha(41 acre) estate comprising woods (approx. 14 ha/34 acres), grasslands and pastureland in wooded, game-filled surroundings.
