Large half -timbered Regency Manor-1646
Country of Auge

Location
Located in a zone of plateaux whose cultivated fertile lands, near the woods and a valley irrigated by numerous water streams, a great deal of hamlets and villages are gathered. From these benefits, flourished an impressive concentration of beautiful dwellings, manor houses and castles, some still at the head of immense estates. Remarkable civil and sacred architecture such as St Germain castle or St Martin Charity chapel. In Calvados, at the Auge country's gate, Lisieux is just 9 mi away, Deauville-Trouville and Honfleur 25 mi, 40mi for Caen, 43.5 for Rouen. The French capital is 112 mi. Road-links to be used from Paris: A14, A13, A28 motorways, N13 road. Train station: Lisieux. All wanted amenities at reach.

Our opinion
The property grants a great deal of conveniences, on a reasonable land surface. The park is nicely laid out, planted with rare or exotic species, surrounded by high secular lined trees, for more privacy. The greens soaked in day light, around the buildings enable a lot of outdoor activities: family celebrations, parties, cocktails, games. Behind its half-timbering, the manor house lets the Renaissance, the Napoleon and the Neogothic periods keep together for an absolutely refined atmosphere. Some style without showing off. A home made for a great family. The next village and city are handily very close from there.
