Description
Around and below the manor house, woods and grasslands each constitute half of the property. Two lakes can be accessed by small hiking trails through the undergrowth.
The property covers a total area of 7ha 61a 80ca
(18.1 acres) . A tree-lined driveway leads initially to a parking area, the antechamber of the property. From here, the surroundings can be explored by means of several paths leading to the lakes and the stream on a lower level, to a horse-chestnut tree-lined driveway, to an orchard on the left or, quite simply, through the gates leading to the manor’s inner courtyard. Numerous plants are to be found in the centre of this courtyard and its surroundings.

Built in the 15th century, this granite stone, L-shaped manor house is flanked by a conical roof tower, two thirds of the way along the main wing. Both parts of this slate-roofed manor house are currently independent from one another. The property was renovated several years ago.
Inside, the manor house spans almost 430 m²
(4,628 sq ft) over three floors.
The ground floor of the main building comprises a 32 m² (344 sq ft) lounge, a 38 m² (409 sq ft) dining room, a 46 m² (495 sq ft) kitchen and a bathroom; the wing at right angles contains: two bedrooms, two shower rooms and two lounges.
The first floor includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms and two areas on the mezzanine floor. There is another bedroom at the top of the turret.
The walls of the living rooms are of lime or exposed stone.

An estate set in the peace and quiet, surrounded by nuisance-free countryside. A self-contained property, the central building of which is right in the middle of the land, thus enabling the immediate surroundings to be appreciated to the full.
