Our opinion

An estate in the middle of the forest, benefiting from absolute peace and quiet, with no nuisances to be seen or heard. The setting is restful. The only building in the vicinity is a small, far off hunting lodge, property of the only neighbour in the surrounding land and woods.
This kind of situation so close to Paris is quite outstanding.
The buildings and their layout in the parklands would lend themselves to being used by 2 families.
The entire property is in an extremely good state of repair, and is maintained on a regular basis by its current owner who lives there all year round.
