Built at the beginning of the 16th century, this old seigneurial manor house has a red brick facade, decorated with diamond-shaped stone facing. Two turrets, one rounded and the other square dominate the rear facade. This soberly decorated house has a number of spacious, luminous rooms spanning two stories (4 bedrooms, 1 study, 2 bathrooms, 3 vast rooms used as lounges with fireplaces, kitchen and entrance hall as well as a stairway in one of the towers).
Fireplaces, floor tiles, wooden flooring and a period stairway have preserved this small castle’s history.
Our opinion
The large outbuildings could be converted and used for numerous purposes, or simply maintained in their current condition so as to preserve the unity of the setting.
Lived in all year round by a family, the dwelling is perfectly operational and its interior layout is very contemporary despite its great age.
