Large seigneury dating from 1460, this castle is one of the outstanding buildings in the Franco-Swiss region bordering Lake Geneva.
Following the example of other Savoyard stronghold houses, it is composed of a quadrilateral covered area of approx. 4,305 sq ft with its corners flanked by four towers. Its facades containing 24 loopholes and arrow-loops as well as irregular windows with sculpted lintels or even its walls as thick as 4.6 ft in places bear witness to an authentic past.
This ISMH listed castle contains more than 30 rooms spanning approx. 10,764sq ft of living space.

The entire building was thoroughly checked over and restored between 1995 and 2000.
