Our opinion
The situation of the estate being easily accessible and yet in the heart of the countryside makes it extremely attractive.
Some works are required to bring the main dwelling back into line with standards.
There are two possible options:
A purchase by wine-enthusiasts for the pleasure of having their own vineyard labelled with the name of their château, where family and friends spend the week-end in the country.
Or tourist trade development, encouraged by the local “Communauté de communes” authority.
The spacious surface areas that exist in current buildings can be complemented by new constructions: any project is, therefore, possible.
