hunting grounds, mills, fortified farms and stud farms together
with character properties for private and commercial purposes such as vineyards,
farming properties, forests and hotels for his international and selective clientele.
 | NORTH & WEST | - Brittany: a manor house or castle with between 5,382 and 10,764 sq ft of living space set in at least 12 acres.
A river or water source would be an asset. Up to 1.5 million euros.
- Upper and Lower Normandy: character property close to Pontoise. Restoration works accepted. Budget: 1 to 2 million euros - Brittany: a castle with or without works, set in several acres with the possibility of accommodating horses. Appropriate budget.  | ÎLE-DE-FRANCE | - Seine & Marne, no more than 50 miles from Paris: Renaissance-style castle with towers. - 15 miles at most from Paris: small manor house, farmhouse or large luxurious home. - Bellifontaine region: small 19th century manor house for two families. - Picardy, Oise: character property, mill or presbytery with outbuildings. - In the vicinity of Melun: ruin to be restored with at least 5 acres of land.  | CENTRE | - Région Centre et Pays de Loire : An 11th to 15th century castle in ruins, listed or not, for a real enthusiast who will rebuild it completely - Orléans-Tours area: character building, dating from before the 18th century, period features. Preferably with French MH listing. Works accepted. Budget: up to 0.7 million euros. - Morvan: 17th and 18th century manor houses, large luxurious homes, castles or traditional farmhouses with land, water and forest. Works accepted. - Côte-d’Or: medieval fortress, castle or stronghold house, restoration works accepted, budget according to works to be carried out. - Touraine, Anjou, Poitou: small 16th to 18th century castle to be restored. Close to a TGV train station to Paris. Set in nuisance-free countryside, completely unoverlooked. Budget: 0.8 million euros. - Loiret or Cher: French MH or ISMH listed building for an investor. Works accepted. Budget: 2 million euros. - Loiret or Cher: small 18th century castle with a maximum of 10,764 sq ft of living space set in 7/10 acres. Restoration works accepted. Budget: 1.5 million euros. - Touraine area : A small 17th or 18th century château with 600m2 living area, but with extensive outbuildings and a 20 to 50 hectares estate with a wood, river and pond. Period features. Completely unspoillt area. For residential and office/depot us  | SOUTH / EAST | - Aix en Provence : Mansion with garden near historic town centre. Fine architectural features. Some work possible. Urgent - Provence: castle or estate with at least 25 acres of parklands for commercial purposes, creation or takeover, works to create a minimum of 40 bedrooms accepted. - Avignon, Uzès: castle in village or isolated but close to small town.
Preferably 17th or 18th century. Budget: up to 1.5 million euros
- Var coast Provence: castle or character residence set in a minimum of 12 acres, 7,535 sq ft of living space plus caretaker’s cottage and outbuildings. Works accepted.  | SOUTH / WEST | - Quercy, Périgord: castle dating from before the 18th century, predisposed towards the development of a hotel and catering business. Isolated situation, unspoilt surroundings with river and parklands, if possible. Restoration works in line with the - Haute Garonne, Tarn & Garonne: castle dating from before the 19th century (preferably 17th century) with caretaker’s cottage and/or outbuildings. Landscaped parklands (10 to 12 acres will suffice). Easy access to Toulouse wanted. - Quercy: large estate in a dominant position, building to be restored, representative of the local architecture with authentic period features. Unspoilt, nuisance-free surroundings. - Aveyron, Tarn: farm or small castle to be restored, set in grounds of at least 12 acres. Isolated situation. Budget: up to 1 million euros. |
