Description

Built at the beginning of the 17th century on almost three quarters of an acre of land, the manor house with its south-facing facade is extended to the west by a wing set at right angles.
The dwelling is of dressed-stone, laid in linear courses, with a slate roof.
Protruding rabbets, fashioned from triangular blocks, end in small corbels. The main door is a semi-circular archway.
With a floor surface area of 2,691 sq ft, the ground floor of the dwelling comprises two vast rooms with monumental fireplaces. Two lounges, three fully fitted kitchens, one bedroom, a bathroom, two shower rooms and two laundry rooms. A wide granite stairway, separating the main rooms, leads upstairs from the entrance hall via two landings.
Upstairs, five bedrooms, two of which have fireplaces, and a shower room.
In the basement, a cellar.
In the courtyard, an old well complete with coping, against which leans a large trough.
Nearby, several stone outbuildings, a shed and a garage

Our opinion

An extremely well maintained property in a seaside resort in Haut Léon.
The independent layout of this manor house means that the future owners can receive guests without losing any of their own privacy.
