Our opinion
Ideally situated in a town which attracts numerous tourists because of its rich past and its castle “a mecca for French history”, this mansion house will appeal to those looking for a business to develop.
With this aim, there are numerous possibilities: art gallery and Bed & Breakfast as is currently the case, possibly a tea room, a bar with music or a restaurant in which case it is as well that one of the business assets is a license 4.
