Our opinion
Situated in one of the town’s sought-after areas, close to good quality shops and reputable schools, with a garden that has to be shared but the two other co-owners are so discreet that the new owners will believe it private.
Five rooms in pristine condition, soberly and tastefully decorated, which will obviously please those looking for a flat. But we would hope that those in search of a house will also find it attractive.
