Location
Paris is 94 miles away; the A28 is 3, Deauville 25, Lisieux 15 and Rouen 32. There is also very easy access to a village on the edge of a forest.
The proximity of the tourist sites in the French department of Eure and the “Pays d’Auge” with their golf courses and horse stud farms make it a good compromise for a holiday home where, once past the entrance gates, peace and quiet reign.

The floors are covered with terracotta tiles and parquet flooring; the exposed beams, vestiges of the past, catch the eye in every room.
One of the bedrooms, located outside of the dwelling, is reached via an adjoining stairway, protected from bad weather by an overhanging half-sloped roof. The windows, typical of the region, gently filter the daylight.
Our opinion
Pleasant holiday home set in absolute peace and quiet, with all useful infrastructures in the vicinity.
There are no restoration works to be scheduled.
