Location
Ten km (6 miles) from the A11 motorway which can be used to reach Paris, 30 km (19 miles) from Angers, with its French TGV train station putting Paris just 90 minutes away.
In the Pays Baugeois, a region full of history and outstanding buildings, where the unspoilt countryside alternates small irregular-shaped fields separated by hedges and ditches with forests.
Local shops, doctor and primary school 5 km (3 miles) away, sixth form college and all amenities.
Description

Our opinion
This house is situated in an unspoilt area, very near to the green, open spaces of the Anjou region.
The luminous reception rooms are pleasant and look out on to the gardens.
The external facades have been overly renovated, which has led to a lack of charm; but with attractive palisades adorned with climbing roses, the property would soon blend back into its rural surroundings.
