Description

The lower floor comprises a laundry room, a study, a workshop and a hall area leading to the gardens on a lower level. The property also includes a storeroom currently used as a garage.
Our opinion
The countryside here is extremely peaceful. The building is typical of the regional architecture and appeared to us to be in a good state of repair structurally.
As always, the decoration of the inside could easily be changed to suit its future owners. The external architecture and the setting, essential criteria when choosing such an abode, have been preserved which explains the reason why we chose this building.
