Situated in a small village with 300 or so inhabitants, 3 km (1.9 miles) from a station on a busy line. 22 km (14 miles) from Evreux, 80 km (50 miles) from Paris and 60 km (38 miles) from Rouen (motorway).

Description
The property
It is situated between the 2 arms of the river Eure, in an unspoilt setting of approx. 7,000 m² (1.73 acres). The island is accessed by bridges and the weir. Our opinion
A most pleasant site for mill enthusiasts. Monet’s gardens are not far away and it is easy to understand how the artist drew inspiration from this valley. Its commercial potential as a hotel and catering or function business could be developed. It would also make a superb family home due to the nearby provincial towns. Or it could even be a pleasant holiday home for city dwellers wanting to spend long week-ends in the Normandy countryside.
