Our opinion
A spacious home, full of charm, with very high ceilings, superbly restored and yet exuding an aura of the beginning of the century, ideally situated just a stone’s throw from the beach and the shops. It would be equally well-suited for use as a main residence or a holiday home.
The land would take the construction of a swimming pool; the “COS” (French plot ratio) is high and the house still has a lot of conversion potential.
