Property situated on the outskirts of a charming village close to a medium-sized town (TGV train station, direct Geneva/Lyon/Paris links). Our opinion
This pleasant region of Lower Bugey remains unaffected by expanding urbanism despite its proximity to Geneva and its great potential. Although needing some renovation works, this estate, with its substantial surface area, is typical of the large 18th century, middle-class properties, which were built as family homes using quality construction materials, with convivial layouts in peaceful surroundings.
