Our opinion
In the Bellifontaine region, in the most sought-after region in the French department of Seine & Marne. Extensive property with view, land, outbuildings, swimming pool and tennis court. Still at a reasonable price in a region where prices do not appear to have experienced a crisis. But then it is said that situation and surroundings are the two major assets that protect properties from fluctuations in an unstable real estate market.
