At the junction of the French departments of Indre & Loire, Sarthe and Maine & Loire, land of green bocage countryside, twisted bell towers and wonderful residences. In a historic village, proud of its castle built by “Good King René” who used to hunt deer and wild boar in the vast, local oak and beech forests.
Near to the A11 (250 km / 156 miles from Paris), A85 and A83 (nine or so miles away) motorway networks. 40 km (25 miles) from Angers, 35 km (22 miles) from Saumur, 17 km (11 miles) from La Flèche.

Description

Aligned with the main building is a guest house with a Mansard roof. It comprises a reception room, a kitchen and two upstairs bedrooms.
To the rear, the service quarters face the guest house. A small restored building is currently used as a linen room. There are vaulted cellars under the dwelling. Garage.
