The house

This house was constructed relatively recently from granite with a slate roof. It spans approx. 85 m² of living space.
The front door opens directly into a large room, with a fireplace, opening into a fully fitted kitchen. Opposite, a door opens into a shower room with a toilet and another into a bedroom.

A small building, also built from granite, stands behind the house. It awaits conversion.

Our opinion

This small stone house, nestling amidst the trees, could be straight out of a fairy tale. Its land is a refuge for wildlife. The sea is within sight. There are no neighbours to disturb moments of communion with nature where there are many hiking trails such as to “Menez Hom”, a Breton summit at an altitude of 330 m. The long beaches nearby are ideal for surfing and sand yachting. The wealth of religious heritage makes it possible to vary leisure activities; that of gastronomy begins nearby with the starred restaurant in Plomodiern.
