The first house
This first house is probably the result of the combining of two buildings with separate roofs, featuring small roof dormers.
The wooden-framed windows are double-glazed and the semi-circular arched entrance door is flanked by impressive blocks of stone, the tone of which resembles that of granite.
Its other facade looks out over a strip of land, bordering the property, which could be cultivated or transformed into grassland for members of the horse family, once it has been fenced in.
The second house
This second house closes the U-shaped inner courtyard. Its architecture is similar to that of the other buildings.
The caretaker’s cottage
This cottage, standing immediately on the right-hand side of the property’s entrance porch, is constructed from pointed quarry stone blocks and topped with a flat tile roof. It spans a surface area of approx. 80 m² over two levels and comprises two bedrooms. Its windows uniquely overlook the parklands and the gravel carpark preceding the porch; there are no windows overlooking the courtyard.
The exercise room
Spanning two levels, it comprises a room as well as a shower room and a toilet on the ground floor. The upstairs, with sloping ceilings, currently houses shelves used for storing archives.
This building spans a surface area of approx. 70 m².
