The glazed, gable entrance opens off the street into a showroom, spanning approx. 135 m², an office and toilets. A second, side entrance provides access to a very large area, spanning more than 300 m². It is illuminated via numerous windows on all sides. This level spans a floor surface area of more than 500 m². Following on from the porch are two rooms, each spanning approx. 70 m².
First floor
Part of this level features sloping ceilings. Illuminated via numerous roof dormers, this vast open space spans a floor surface area of more than 700 m².

Our opinion

Perfectly integrated in a village with great tourist potential, this large building is a golden opportunity for implementing a variety of projects. Its spacious, partition-free areas make it easy to imagine a luxury hotel, an educational establishment, a guesthouse or even artists’ studios.
