In the Hauts-de-Seine district, five kilometres from the Porte d’Auteuil, the town of Garches lies between the Saint-Cloud park and the Saint-Cucufa woods. In the second half of 19th century, numerous villas, holiday homes and private mansions were built here. It is where Parisians took refuge at week-ends. At the beginning of the 1920s, Coco Chanel bought a villa named Bel Respiro there. She welcomed various arts and culture celebrities, such as Cocteau, Reverdy, Gris and even Stravinsky. It has a soft-coloured adjoining bathroom with a large window. Behind this bathroom is a study area making it possible to work in peace and quiet. Further along, a laundry room and separate toilet. There are also two parking spaces in the basement included in this property.

In this privileged environment, the town house and its urban architecture is particularly well located, in between the Saint-Cloud golf course and the Buzenval horse-riding school.
