Our opinion

If living in Neuilly opposite the Bois-de-Boulogne can be considered a dream, then being here in a private road is a privilege. It gives an impression of finding oneself in front of a luxury hotel typical of wealthy holiday resorts. Everything here is residential, with the Bois-de-Boulogne, the biggest verdant area in the city of Paris, as the sea. This flat, in an architectural building with an elegant appearance as well as interior proportions and layout perfect for a family, has an ideal aspect. Furthermore, the convenience of private parking both outside and in the basement, is an asset which will appeal to all those who appreciate the characteristics of west Paris and vast, pleasant, purely residential districts.
