Our opinion

The private road forms a remarkable, rare haven in a neighbourhood that is still quite working class but already inhabited by demanding city dwellers concerned with their quality of life and their environment. Renowned artists and authors are the closest neighbours of the occupants of this flat and its private courtyard-garden. The spacious rooms, through views, fires burning in the fireplaces and the surrounding calm bestow upon the flat a unique feeling of privacy and peace, far from the city’s bustling activity. The layout and the top quality restoration, not too showy, mean that this flat is ready to move into immediately. It would be ideal for those looking for a dual-use property to be used as a home and for one’s business activity. Alternatively, with just a few alterations, it could accommodate a large family. An additional bedroom and shower room could easily be made without sacrificing the spacious living areas intended for receptions.
