This district, in the immediate vicinity of the Sorbonne University, the Henri IV School, the Collège-de-France and Cluny Museum, is undoubtedly the historic and intellectual centre of the French capital. This area around Boulevard-Saint-Michel and Boulevard-Saint-Germain also exudes a typically Parisian art of living. The extensive, local public transport network makes it possible to move easily around all the other districts of Paris.


These two rooms, on the 6th floor of a wonderful 1890 building, can be reached via the back stairway to be found at the end of the building’s main entrance hall.
The actual bedroom, on the left-hand side of the 6th floor corridor, features an arched window, giving a magnificent, unobstructed view over Paris with the bell-towers of Saint-Sulpice church, the dome of Les-Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. The floor is covered with old strip pattern parquet flooring and large cupboards provide substantial storage space.
The second room, on the other side of the corridor, has a wash-hand basin and a toilet. It looks out over an inner courtyard.

Our opinion

With, on one side, a large bedroom-lounge and, on the other, a washroom where a shower and a kitchen area could be installed, this layout of two separate rooms, each with their own dedicated function, provides for a comfortable way of life.
A Parisian pied-à-terre or studio flat for students, for a personal project or for a rental investment, this location is ideally placed in the midst of the Latin district, just a stone’s throw from some of the best, internationally renowned schools.
