It is bordered by an almost uninterrupted series of starred restaurants and prestigious brand-name shops as well as the famous Champs-Elysées theatre and an equally mythical luxury hotel.

Description

This 3-roomed flat is part of a prestigious co-owned building. On the 6th floor of the building overlooking a courtyard, it is reached via a lift. Peace and quiet reign. It has been renovated with the utmost care and is elegantly as well as soberly furnished. It can, consequently, be lived in straightaway.
A lounge, illuminated via a skylight with a view of the Eiffel Tower, opens widely on to the entrance hall which is fitted with a cupboard. It is followed by a kitchen, big enough to include an eating area. Fully fitted and extremely functional, it has never been used. The splashback, covered with ceramic tiles forming geometric motifs, creates a wonderful decor. Both the living room and the kitchen face south and are, therefore, particularly bright and sunny.
A bedroom, on the other side of the flat, is fitted with large, perfectly built-in cupboards. A window and a skylight let in copious amounts of light.
This flat also includes a separate toilet and a superb shower room featuring natural stone, mosaic tiles and Corian (vat-dyed acrylic resin). It is illuminated via a large window.
All the rooms have light-coloured, oak wood parquet flooring, laid in a wide strip pattern, with cosy underfloor heating. The floor surface area having been optimised, there is no wasted space and it is easy to move from one room to another. This flat has air-conditioning which provides additional comfort during the summer months.
The quality of its facilities is excellent.

Our opinion

This flat combines almost all of the Parisian charms. It is on an avenue par excellence, exuding the sort of luxury that is one of France’s major assets. It is part of one of those buildings featuring majestic decor, with which the image of the French capital is often linked. And yet, it is tranquil courtesy of its position within the building. It also partially overlooks the roofs, another typical symbol of Paris. And furthermore, like a trademark, it has a view of the Eiffel Tower.
