Chaillot Hill rises to an altitude of 60m. It overlooks the French capital from its position near Eiffel Tower. The view from this exceptional site has inspired many an architect, notably those involved with the successive Chaillot palaces. The south-east facing Trocadéro Gardens are enhanced with sculptures and plants throughout the landscaped parklands, the main focal point of which is the Fountain of Warsaw, dating from 1937, with its cascading pools filled via twenty water cannons set on eight terraced levels. This district, no doubt, includes more museums than any other, theatres, embassies, luxury hotels, cafés and renowned restaurants as well as well-known schools. It has an extensive public transport system with several underground lines.
The vast entrance hall provides access via double doors to a large, L-shaped living room, illuminated via double-glazed picture windows, providing a view of Paris stretching to the horizon. Its most well-known landmark, the Eiffel Tower, is nearby. Behind the French windows, planters delimit the balconies. A spacious kitchen, on the right-hand side of the entrance hall, has its own balcony overlooking Les-Invalides and Eiffel Tower! A door leads to the service lift and a guest toilet. Double doors in the entrance hall provide access to the night-time section, keeping it separate from the rest of the flat. Said section includes a 30 m² master bedroom, with an adjoining dressing room and bathroom. Picture windows open on to a balcony, with a view of Chaillot Palace. Both the other bedrooms have their own bathroom, dressing room and balcony with views of the Chaillot and the Iéna Palaces. The layout of this flat is extremely functional; the master suite is quite separate from the other two bedrooms. It has numerous cupboards. This very bright, double aspect, through flat faces south-east and north-west.
All you have to do to contemplate four centuries of Parisian monuments is to take a look out of a window, or rather, out of a picture window. The numerous balconies await decoration with plants to make it even more pleasant to get a breath of fresh air whilst looking at a very real picture postcard of Paris. The layout of the premises is ideal for both hosting receptions and accommodating a family, with enough privacy for everyone. The carpark is in the building. With all of this, the minor works that are required appear somewhat insignificant.
