The flat

On the right-hand side, still facing south are three bedrooms that open on to the balcony, a toilet, two cupboards and a shower room. Two very sound cellars and two lock-up garages are in the building’s basement, reached directly via the lift.

Our opinion

The sky above the Ile-de-France region, the foliage changing with the seasons as well as the surrounding gardens and forest can all be seen from inside this large flat or, if the weather is good, from the balconies and the terrace. Sitting outside for a meal or just lazing about in such a setting is enough to make residents feel as if they are on holiday despite Paris being so close. The layout of the rooms is practical. Many of them face south. Light consequently floods into these quiet, spacious living areas. The necessary renovation works could preserve one or two features typical of the 1970’s.
