Our opinion

This property has numerous assets, making it a perfectly desirable residence. Its peaceful but not isolated location in Lubéron Nature Park is near to all communication routes. It features a dominant position, a south-facing aspect and a large veranda with a view limited but by a few hills, beyond Durance Plain. The site of the house in the centre of the plot ensures that the building is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings.
After a few works, including some modernisation, this luxurious, well-designed house will provide new demanding owners with a pleasant place to live.
An orchard and an olive grove confirm the maturity of this site in such a wonderful landscape.
