Our opinion
Despite being very near to the historic centre of Tours, this mansion house is beautifully enhanced with flowers. These are not only to be found in the walled garden, an invaluable asset in the centre of town, but also on the pergola terrace which blurs the dividing line between the inside and the outside. Flowery motifs are also a recurrent theme of the decor and are to be found on the wood of the front door, on the stone above the openings, in the ceiling plasterwork, on the marble fireplaces, on the ceramic mosaic floor tiles and on the stained glass windows. This residence will, therefore, provide the family lucky enough to settle here with a bouquet of qualities and advantages.
