The parklands and the grounds
In addition to a vegetable garden and the landscaped areas around the buildings, this property spans close to 50 hectares. It is divided between extensive, untreated grasslands and wooded plots abounding in game. On a lower level, a small, fish-filled lake is bordered by impressive oak trees.
These houses, standing as they are in the midst of grasslands with their steep roofs featuring hanging roof dormers, are exceedingly attractive. The chapter devoted to the quality renovation works which have been carried out can but mention the enhancement of the impressive roofing frameworks, notably in the large reception room which goes right up to the roof of one of the buildings. Together with the outbuildings that could be devoted to bed & breakfast or equestrian projects, these constructions form a sort of hamlet. This immense estate, with its meadows and woods abounding in game, is made ever more attractive by a discreet lake.
