The grounds, enclosed by walls, extend in front of the house. A paved section borders the building and a tree-lined driveway leads to a vast terrace.


Ground floor
Three doors give access to the house from the courtyard. The main entrance opens onto a staircase leading to the upper floors. A 50 m2 apartment comprising a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet and a cellar.
A small door leads to a 16 m2 duplex apartment comprising a living room with kitchenette and upstairs, a bedroom with a shower room and toilet.
The centre door leads into a 50 m2 apartment including a large living room with kitchen area, separate toilet and a bathroom.

First floor
The landing leads to two apartments. The first 3-roomed apartment spanning 70 m2 comprises a large living room with kitchen area and two bedrooms, one with a bathroom and toilet, the other with a shower room and toilet. Thanks to the multi-aspect of this apartment one can benefit from the surrounding countryside throughout. The second 45 m2 two-roomed apartment comprises a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet.
Second floor
On this level, under the rafters, there is added soul with exposed beams and dominating views. There are three apartments: a 30 m2 studio apartment with a large living room and shower room; two 2-roomed apartments measuring 35 m2 each, comprising a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with adjoining shower room and separate toilet.

Our opinion

Tremendous charm radiates from this modest building sitting in the Versailles countryside.
Its elegant and comfortable conversion into gites, its quiet setting close to amenities, make it a much sought-after property for potential investors. With some alterations, the property would also make a large family in search of authenticity very happy.
