The house

A bedroom, with a bathroom is on the east side and a toilet is on the north side. This level spans a total floor surface area of approx. 81 m². The floors are paved with tiles throughout.
First floor
This level initially comprises a mezzanine area, spanning approx. 20 m², which provides access to two bedrooms, one spanning approx. 25 m², as well as a bathroom and toilet. There is parquet flooring throughout this level.
Garden level
The basement spans almost 121 m². It houses a 53 m² garage, two storage areas, a laundry room, a machine room as well as a self-contained, intercommunicating section, comprising a bedroom with a shower room and a toilet.

Our opinion

A welcoming and immediately habitable house in surroundings spanning 2 ha and facing the sea. This summary is both simple and realistic as visitors instantly feel that they are in a protected, unspoilt setting.
