These facilities are part of a vast ninety three-hectare estate of rolling wooded lands featuring several water features and a castle. The entire estate is the result of ten years of renovation work conducted in keeping with the principles of environmental conservation. It may be divided into two distinct parts, to be purchased separately, where each plot would have its own access. The plot presented here is made up of horse riding facilities, two country houses and approx. twenty seven hectares of grazing lands.
At the entrance to the estate a long path leads to a group of buildings making up the core of the horse riding school totally immersed in the nature. A business activity with an €83,000 per year turnover is carried out here. It is a mixed facility with training track, schooling arena, riding arena and paddocks. The paddocks are closed with untreated pine fencing and each has its individual shelter. The grass lands provide high quality forage and a good yield thanks to careful management. The grazing land has sandy clay soil. Currently forty horses are boarded there. Two national teams train there. The buildings form a large courtyard. The horse riding facilities were installed in 2008 and the houses were renovated in 2009.
The estate may be divided into two distinct parts, to be purchased separately, where each lot would have its own access. Plot no. 1 including the castle, grazing lands and a forest estate of approx. 67 hectares is for sale for €1,895,000 fees included (sold before plot no. 2). Our opinion

It was meant to be a family house to be passed down generations, it became more than that; the quality of the estate gained from it. Ten years of substantive work have been undertaken to restore this estate and make a balanced ecosystem. Both the buildings and its surroundings are of a rare quality. The fact that it is a mixed facility means that it is possible to diversify its activities. It is a good quality work tool. The house was renovated less than ten years ago. The business is well under way and requires no more investments. All with the benefit of a very good location and accessibility.
