In Boulogne-Billancourt, near to the town hall and the Passages district, composed of three little parallel streets, renowned for their tranquillity and their quality of life.
With a particularly good public transport network, the town of Boulogne-Billancourt is set on the south-west side of Paris. It owes its reputation to its numerous schools, cultural activities and sports centres. The Roland-Garros and Parc-des-Princes stadiums are on the edge of town. Just the other side of the river Seine, it is possible to visit Saint-Cloud Park, well-known for its walks, its summer restaurants and the eminent Stade-Français sports club.


In this little street, renowned for its peace and quiet, the front door to the house opens into a small vestibule. Our opinion

The district with all of its attractions, between Paris and Saint-Cloud Park, can but appeal to potential buyers. Once a few works have been carried out to restore its original splendour, this house will provide a family with a perfectly balanced place to live: a wonderfully bright reception area, a terrace that is ideal for taking advantage of clement weather and an upstairs where privacy is the order of the day.
