Fontenay-sous-Bois owes its name to the many springs that once crossed its land. For centuries, these springs fed a vast network of fountains and streams. Our opinion

Hôtel-de-Ville-Village is without doubt one of Fontenay-sous-Bois’ most sought-after districts. Here, near to the town’s beautiful green open space, its planted alleyways and its lake, near to the town centre and its shops, this discreetly charming, freehold house stands on a little picturesque street. The old farmhouse only reveals all of its assets to those who have gone through the carriage passageway. Its wisteria-shaded, paved courtyard immediately induces a feeling of peace. The tall, wrought-iron framed atrium provides light and space. Its rustic studio, its veranda, its quality materials and its rooms typical of an old house blend together and result in an authentic and delightful property. These rare premises are sold via a tenanted life annuity.
