Basement
This level, comfortably laid out like the rest of the rooms in the house, can be reached via the main stairway. The ceilings are of an acceptable height. It includes a hall area-small lounge, a projection room, a toilet, a laundry room, a boiler room and a wine cellar.

The garage

A one-car garage in the garden can be reached via a paved driveway, in which it is also possible to park two cars.

Our opinion

This classical property is of a reasonable size with charming, delightfully refined architecture dating from the early 20th century and has been perfectly adapted to the requirements of a contemporary family. Each level has its use and every feature has been meticulously thought out, just like the choice of the best materials for these exemplary renovation works. This house, in an idyllic setting between the woods and Vincennes town centre, with public transport and the best schools, is ready and waiting for its new family.
