This property is in Vulaines-sur-Seine, some 65 km from the French capital which can easily be reached via the A6 motorway.
The train station, with hourly links to Paris-Gare-de-Lyon taking less than an hour, is but a few minutes’ walk from the house. All shops, a market, a theatre, a cinema and restaurants with their ever-lively terraces as well as the very well-known Fontainebleau Palace are just ten minutes away.
This house, dating from 1954, is constructed from rendered stone and topped with roof tiles. The front facade on the ground floor is widely open along its full length courtesy of a veranda, extended by a terrace with its stone balustrade. The first floor also has a large open veranda overlooking the garden on one of its gable walls.

The large surface area of these grounds so near to Paris, the presence of water and the little bridges, like an allusion to Giverny, as well as the greenhouse are all pretexts for daydreaming and will please garden lovers. The large floor surface area of the house will, after a few rehabilitation works, appeal in total comfort to authentic enthusiasts of extremely pleasant, tamed natural settings.
