The 20th century house
This traditional, Mansard style house stands over a semi-underground basement. Constructed of white stone, it has arched windows, triangular pediments with pilasters and a slate Mansard style roof, featuring bull’s eye windows and roof dormers. The electric heating is controlled via a thermostat in every room.

The 19th century house

The bigger of the two holiday rental accommodation units spans 143 m². It comprises an entrance hall, with a toilet, a living room, with panelling, a fireplace and floor tiles, a large kitchen and a storeroom. A large bedroom on a mezzanine has a view over the river Cher. The upstairs includes a shower room, a toilet and two bedrooms. It has mains gas-fired heating.
Following on from the 19th century house, this outbuilding is currently in use as a bright, 37 m² exercise room. It comprises a toilet, a shower and a 4-person sauna. Its external walls are enhanced with trellis and it has a terrace roof.
This relatively recent property would be ideal for a variety of projects. Good quality construction and decoration materials have been used. It is remarkably well kept which means that there is no fear of any unpleasant surprises or expensive and pointless expenses, almost like a turnkey property.
Within easy reach of both the town centre and the train station, a car could be considered unnecessary.
