The large, luxurious home
This robust building is built all on a level on the heights of the estate and dominates all the surrounding land. The view stretches into the distance to the hills that delimit Lubéron Regional Nature Park. The residence comprises four wings, covered with Roman tiles, which flank an atrium. The rooms are laid out in the square thus formed. The local influence is subtly expressed via the addition of a south-facing, corner tower, giving the building the vague air of a castle. The facades on either side feature French windows opening on to the natural surroundings and the inner courtyard.
Heavy double doors open into an entrance corridor which leads to an interior, paved garden, spanning approx. 122 m². Wisteria climbs over the pergola. On one side, a vast, through kitchen is followed at right angles by a through lounge-dining room. The living area ends with a library which spans the entire ground floor in the round tower on the south corner. The library, with its tall bookshelf units, houses a stairway going upstairs. The caretaker’s cottage

A workshop-boiler room, spanning approx. 23 m², is to be found on the north side. It is followed by a garage, featuring four open arches, able to accommodate four cars. A laundry room completes this outbuilding.
The guest house
Some ten metres to the north of the main house, this guest house has been converted in what was the old fermenting room and its cellars. It awaits renovation works throughout.
The swimming pool
A succession of semi-circular terraces, supported by low stone walls, follow the contours of the main house’s corner tower. The swimming pool has been installed on the bottom, predominantly grassy tier, bordered by a hedge. The view stretches into the distance, taking in the neighbouring vines, the olive trees and the Lubéron hills. The pool-house and its arbour, set against a stone wall, create a private area under vegetation which provides much sought-after shade from the Provence sunshine.
The grounds are composed of a landscaped plot, laid out as a leisure garden and planted with miscellaneous species, which slopes gently down from the houses to the swimming pool. A second plot is planted with a hundred or so olive trees; the third, a wood.
This property is the ideal place for getting back to harmonious, natural surroundings, steeped in tranquillity and free of all nuisances. The overall layout of the buildings ensures total privacy, whilst guaranteeing all residents their independence. The thousands of hectares of surrounding forest are an invitation for endless walks.
