Description

In a building dating from the 1970’s, not far from Place-Charles-de-Gaulle. A caretaker is on duty 24 hours per day. All 6 lifts are in line with current day standards. The view is totally unobstructed. It is possible to see Mont-Valérien, La-Défense, the Sacré-Cœur and the Arc-de-Triomphe from the balcony. The flat

The entrance hall leads to reception rooms adorned with Regency style gilding and panelling. The walls are lined with panelling enhanced with gold leaf gilding which also decorates the doors. The dining room and the lounge open on to a balcony running alongside the rooms. Double doors separate the two rooms. Copious amounts of light flood in through large picture windows, all fitted with remote-controlled blinds. A guest toilet and a cloakroom are on the right-hand side of the entrance hall. At the end of the corridor are the kitchen and a second door to the dining room. After the lounge, a lobby, lined with cupboards, leads to the bedroom and an adjoining bathroom, completely fitted out with onyx from Venezuela.

Our opinion

This airy flat is on the side of one of Paris’ most prestigious avenues. Several of the city’s emblematic landmarks can be seen from the balcony, above verdant surroundings that contribute to a quality of life, renowned throughout the world. New owners will be able to exercise on site courtesy of the Olympic-sized swimming pool in the basement of the building. Improvement works of the premises would provide an opportunity to modify the layout in order to create one or two additional bedrooms.
